Sarah Wood Law, PLLC and ELAY Learning, LLC partner to offer both legal and non-legal support to attorneys and their families.

Bankruptcy Attorney and Owner of Sarah Wood Law, PLLC
Sarah has over 15 years of experience working as a law clerk in the Western District of Texas.

During Sarah’s tenure as a law clerk, she was often the first person to review pleadings and evidence. She then researched the relevant legal authority and wrote memoranda to prepare for her judges for hearings so they could rule in a timely manner. She also frequently drafted orders and opinions to reflect those rulings. As a result of this experience, Sarah is deeply knowledgeable in all areas of bankruptcy law and federal practice, and she has developed an expertise in quickly digesting the facts and legal issues involved in bankruptcy cases.

Among other things, Sarah can help you review documents, research legal authorities, solve complex problems, develop case strategy, and draft thorough, persuasive pleadings and memoranda.
